About this document
A lease amendment records changes the landlord and tenant have agreed to some of a lease's terms. It identifies the lease and earlier amendments, sets when the changes take effect, lists each term changed with its new wording and has separate places for additions and removals.
It also deals separately with rent, term, premises and deposit changes, confirms that everything else continues, and records each side's confirmation that no other change has been agreed. It is a blank to complete by hand and sign, with a line for a guarantor.
