About this document

A software-as-a-service agreement sets the terms on which a provider makes a hosted service available to a customer. It covers what the service is and the plan taken, who may use it and the limits, accounts and access, fees and renewal, availability, maintenance, support, the customer's data and its security, backups and export, suspension and ending.

This blank form is completed by hand and signed by provider and customer. Where personal data is involved it refers to a separate agreement about it. It does not state what any privacy or security law requires of either side; those obligations depend on the data, the businesses and where the people are, so ask a lawyer.
